Two rings

Indoors on packed dirt.

700 runs

Daily limit at the fall trial

What we run

All three sports
An Australian shepherd turning through white weave poles on a dirt agility floor

Agility

A numbered course of jumps, tunnels, weaves, and contacts. You and your dog read it together, against the clock.

A whippet sprinting across grass after a white lure

Fast CAT

Coursing Ability Test. One dog at a time runs 100 yards after a lure. The time becomes a speed score — miles per hour — and titles stack from there.

AKC Agility League

AKC Agility League is a season of team runs, not one weekend. PACU hosts it for club members. The fall season is ongoing.

The club

A working club.

Members and volunteers put the events on. AKC trials at Garrison Arena, an AKC Agility League for members on a grass field in Williamston, and Fast CAT at the Union County Fairgrounds. Events happen because people show up and work.
