Members and workers

You do not have to be a member to enter a trial. Membership is how the club keeps putting weekends on the calendar. Workers are how those weekends finish on time.

Membership

For club members. The fall season is ongoing. Freshman and senior regulation teams practice on a grass field in Williamston, traditionally Monday nights. Message the club if you want a spot.

First trial

Read the premium, enter on LabTested, and come walk the course. If your dog still needs a measurement, get that done before the first run. Ask at the score table — people here remember being new.

Jobs that need a person

  • Course build

    Set bars, tunnels, and weaves before the first dog, and reset between classes.

  • Ring crew

    The bars go back up. This is the job that keeps a class from stalling.

  • Gate & leash

    Get the next dog to the line and the last dog back to their person.

  • Scribe & timer

    Sit with the judge’s sheet or the clock. Training is part of the job.

  • Score table

    Results, labels, and the questions everyone asks at once.
